Before reaching out to the Assister Resource Center (ARC) to initiate shopping, please ensure that the consumer completes the attestation for the Qualifying Life Event (QLE) by filling out the questionnaire in their account. After the attestation is submitted, any necessary verifications should be provided. It is important to allow a minimum of 10 minutes for the ARC to receive these verifications. 

The ARC will review both the verifications and the attestation to confirm that the dates align and that the documentation meets the requirements for the Special Enrollment Period (SEP).
