The renewal lookup tool availability has been extended through November 30, 2026. This allows MA enrollees to enter the information needed for work or community engagement requirements. We will upload this information to their case before January 1, 2027. Entering this information in the Renewal Lookup Tool now, can assist enrollees going through the auto renewal process. If an enrollee is not able to access this website themselves and the navigator is on the phone with the enrollee, a navigator may assist the enrollee and go through the Renewal Lookup Tool and complete it on the enrollee’s behalf.
