If your consumer has MA or MinnesotaCare (MCRE) eligibility, ARC does not have access to information about which carrier is providing their coverage. You will need to contact the county or MCRE to obtain this information.

Alternatively, if you have three of the following four identifiers for a consumer—Case Number, PMI, full Social Security number (SSN), or date of birth—you can use the Renewal Lookup Tool to obtain the consumer’s current carrier information.
